Senior Solution Architect
Remote / Any UK office base (with some travel to client sites when needed)

We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join a highly regarded and well known global consultancy. As the solution architect, you will have responsibility for the ownership of the solution design through the delivery phases, be responsible for working through the technical challenges and decisions in partnership with the project and engagement management communities to safely deliver the solution into Live operation.
The successful Architect should have experience of a wide range of technologies including public and private cloud business solutions, best practices and general ways of working. This experience is essential to influence and advise of the most appropriate solution options and to be highly credible with both clients and senior internal stakeholders.
Key skills / experience:
• Experience as a Solution / Technical Architect within client facing roles
• Knowledge some of the following: cloud technologies, software architecture and design, micro-services, platform deployment and application migration
• Experience of working within the consultancy field is beneficial
• Public and private Cloud business solutions knowledge
• Experience of working with public sector organisations ideally
• Able to set direction, technical scope and to build / lead technical teams
• Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills
• Good leadership and stakeholder relationship skills
• Ability to deliver under pressure
• Demonstrate knowledge of how to integrate 3rd party products into complex IT estates, manage interdependencies between products and lead end to end delivery in potentially multi-supplier engagements
