Agathos Systems, a leading ERP provider, has been dedicated to developing cutting-edge software, systems, and solutions for the UK wholesale distribution sector for over four decades. Known for its high employee satisfaction and retention rates, Agathos aimed to expand its software development team to support its ambitious growth plans. They sought to collaborate with a tech recruitment specialist to identify technically proficient candidates who would seamlessly integrate into the existing team culture.

With a deep understanding of Agathos’s vision, culture, and values, we executed a comprehensive search campaign to attract highly skilled software developers residing in the East Midlands area. We required candidates to commit to working in the office two days a week and ensure alignment with Agathos's culture and values.

After conducting our unique multi-step candidate assessment process, we provided a curated shortlist of candidates. 50% of the candidates were interviewed and 25% received and accepted job offers from Agathos. All placements remain in post at this time.
