Our national presence
There's a common misconception that a recruitment agency must be locally based to source local candidates. In today's global economy, this notion no longer holds true.
Prior to the pandemic, Deerfoot had physical offices in Hampshire and Central London and over the past two decades successfully delivered candidates for vacancies across the whole of the UK and overseas from these locations. Indeed, we were formally recognised as the number one tech recruitment partner to one of the world’s largest (top 20) financial groups. We were the only partner agency without a local presence!
Post pandemic, we made the decision to continue to allow team members to work fully remotely. Both productivity and employee wellbeing increased. Some of the team have chosen to work office/home hybrid.
Strategically, this new operating model has allowed us to recruit team members residing in various parts of the UK.
Currently, our team members live and work in seven UK counties. In essence, we have now established a localised presence across the South East, South West, and Northern Counties.
Nowadays, most candidates maintain their CV profiles on national job portal databases and LinkedIn. With access to leading CV job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter Licenses, we can effectively deliver across all geographical regions.
