How much can I earn?
All it takes to earn yourself your first £50 voucher is for your referral to be invited and attend an interview (via Deerfoot) with one of our clients. If they go on to secure the job and join you'll receive another £250 (and if they don't, you still have the £50 from them interviewing). That means you can earn up to £300 in Amazon Vouchers for each candidate you refer to us. With no cap on the number of referrals we will accept, you can earn yourself £1,000s in referral rewards.
How It Works
Our candidate referral scheme is as simple as they come - there's no hidden conditions or complicated T&Cs, just genuine appreciation for your support.
- Share our contact details and the vacancy information with anyone you feel would be a great fit.
- When they apply through Deerfoot, please ask them to mention your name clearly (in the email).
- If your referral is shortlisted and attends a phone/video/in-person interview through Deerfoot, you'll receive a £50 Amazon Voucher
- If the end client (through Deerfoot) extends an offer to your referral, and they accept, start, and remain in the position for at least one full week, you'll receive a further £250 in Amazon Vouchers

- £50 Amazon Voucher for every vacancy issued (within 12 months of referral, paid once terms signed)
- £250 Amazon Voucher every time we fill a vacancy (within 12 months of referral, paid one week after candidate starts))
How much can I earn?
Whilst some clients might only issue 2-3 vacancies a year, some clients (especially those hiring contractors) can issue more than 20 vacancies a year. That £1,000 of Amazon vouchers (even if we don't fill a single role!). If we fill just half of those vacancies, you'll receive a another £2,500, and if we manage to fill them all it would be another £5,000 - that's a total of £6,000 in Amazon Vouchers from just one referral. And best of all, there is no cap on the number of referrals we will pay vouchers out on.

- Click the button below to complete the referral form with the details of the organisation (name and company) you want to refer to us (this must be done before your referral contacts us).
- Ask your referral to contact Deerfoot, ensuring they clearly mention your name and that they have been referred to Deerfoot by yourself.
- If/when signed terms are in place with your referral, each time they issue a vacancy to us (within the first 12 months from the date we receive your initial referral via contact form), you'll receive a £50 Amazon Voucher
- Each time your referral hires a candidate introduced by Deerfoot (within the first 12 months from the date we receive your initial referral via contact form), and the candidate remains in position for at least one week, you'll receive a £250 Amazon Voucher
