We encourage clients to improve their diversity & inclusion for hires. We aim to present a diverse candidate shortlist for every job opening. We call out organisations where we see poor hiring trends on DE&I. We link charity donations to CV submissions and to date have donated over £50,000 to good causes. We partner with www.ecologi.com to reduce our carbon footprint.
Support for IT Contractors
We want you to be happy on assignment with us. Commercially fair contract terms, prompt payments, transparency on margin fees, on-line timesheets (with iOS / Android apps) and regular contact throughout the assignment come as standard.
We are gentle throughout the whole contract placement life-cycle. We respect your 'position' and never use clever 'closing' techniques to get you to commit.
