Deerfoot IT Recruitment is helping a collaborative company find a full-time Lead Facilitator, and the remote role comes with an attractive salary of up to £115,000 p/a and a benefits package.
As Lead ASE Facilitator, you will enable clients to answer their questions by designing and delivering dynamic, empowering events and experiences that create the right conditions to unleash group genius. You will play a pivotal role in delivering long-lasting impact, creating passion, engagement, and momentum to enable clients to get the future they want.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Lead conversations with senior client stakeholders across a range of industries, helping them to identify and better understand their key issues and challenges
Scope, design, and facilitate large-scale and complex events and engagements using a variety of methodologies and delivery mechanisms (in-person, virtual, hybrid)
Support wider ASE Services - Visualisation Service, Crowd Innovation and Accelerating Programmes
Lead internal projects or workstreams to ensure the successful running and development of the ASE
Guide and mentor ASE team members, contribute to our people development strategy and foster an open, supportive culture
To apply for this role, you'll need to be a bold, curious, creative and experienced facilitator. You'll also require:
Successful track record in facilitating groups and using group facilitation methodologies and tools across multiple-day events
An executive presence that allows you to connect quickly with C-Suite stakeholders and the ability to understand their context quickly
Experience in using a range of collaborative methodologies in event design, such as Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Deep Democracy, Holocracy, and MG Taylor
Comfort with ambiguity and a focus on driving action
